  • Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if available) to prevent damage during shipping. Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase with your return.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
